A Letter Regarding Senior and Assisted Living Facilities

Like many of you, we have spent the last several weeks learning about coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting the world. At Whirlpool Corporation, this means understanding how it affects our employees, consumers and the communities in which we do business. Our top priority is the health and well-being of our employees and their families.

We are closely following the World Health Organization’s (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus, we are discontinuing JB Hunt / Final Mile installation services for Senior and Assisted Living facilities. This change will go into effect immediately. We will continue offering our services as curbside delivery only.

We are working to update orders and delivery documents. Please note that even if installation services are still showing on an order, only curbside delivery will be offered at time of delivery and a credit for services will be issued as appropriate.
